Privacy Policy
Last updated September 3, 2026
FluxKore Labs ("FluxKore," "we," "us") operates fluxkorelabs.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it and the choices you have. We are a Minneapolis, Minnesota marketing agency and this site is intended for business audiences in the United States.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form to request a strategy call, a marketing audit or general contact, we collect the details you enter: name, phone number, email address, business name, website, industry and your message. If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page and timestamps). We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and call-tracking software that record how visitors reach and use the site. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls; to prepare a marketing audit or proposal you asked for; to operate, secure and improve the website; to measure which pages and campaigns generate inquiries; and, if you become a client, to deliver services. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our web host, email provider, CRM, form and call-tracking vendors and analytics providers, each under terms that limit their use of the data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. If FluxKore is acquired or merged, information may transfer to the successor under this policy.
Cookies and analytics
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number, we may text you to schedule or confirm a call. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records afterward. We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS, access controls and reputable hosting, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Josh@fluxkorelabs.com. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws that grant additional rights may exercise them through the same address.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version. Questions: FluxKore Labs, Minneapolis, MN, (651) 815-1611, Josh@fluxkorelabs.com.
